| When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms and conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. | The AppleCart offers 3 convenient shipping options: |

- Overnight Delivery: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products.
- Two-Day Delivery: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products.
- Ground Shipping: This option is available on all orders for no additional charge. Products shipped via ground service are normally delivered two to five business days after shipment.

| Signature is required for delivery: Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left Apple's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. |

| Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. |

| Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. |

| Wherever possible items on the site have an indication of the delivery time. In the case of out of stock items, the delivery time is an approximation, and while every effort will be made to supply the stock on time, C3/The AppleCart, cannot be held liable for events beyond the control of C3/The AppleCart. |

| IF ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES ARE ORDERED TOGETHER, THE ITEM WITH THE LONGEST DELIVERY TIME WILL DETERMINE THE DELIVERY TIME OF ALL THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER, UNLESS THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO ACCEPT PART SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER. |
